1) Overview
This website is operated by Bmore Bae Digital Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and License & Usage pages. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your location) to purchase.
3) Products & Availability
Digital items are delivered by instant download. Physical items (when offered) ship per our Shipping Policy. Colors/scale may vary by screen/printer. We may update or discontinue products at any time.
4) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
Prices are in USD unless noted. Taxes and shipping (for physical items) are calculated at checkout. By submitting payment you confirm you’re authorized to use that method.
5) Orders, Cancellations & Fraud
We may refuse/cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability. If we cancel after charging you, we’ll refund your original payment method. Digital orders generally cannot be canceled after checkout (links are sent instantly).
6) Delivery of Digital Files
Download links appear on the order confirmation page and are emailed to you. Need help? Email support@bmorebae.shop and we’ll re-send/assist.
7) Shipping of Physical Goods
When offered, physical orders ship according to our Shipping Policy (processing times, carriers, tracking, duties/VAT, etc.). Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery.
8) Returns & Refunds

Digital products: final sale, except we’ll repair/replace files that are corrupted or not as described (see Refund Policy).

Physical products: return windows/conditions are defined in our Refund Policy.
9) License & Usage (Digital Assets)
Purchasing a digital file grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license as described on our License & Usage page. You may not resell/share source files, upload artwork as-is to POD sites, or claim copyright/trademark in our artwork.
10) Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
11) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the site or our products for unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or harmful purposes; to interfere with the site; to scrape/reverse-engineer; to distribute malware; or to create competing products from our files.
12) Intellectual Property
All site content (artwork, images, text, logos, graphics) is owned by Bmore Bae Digital Studio or our licensors and protected by law. Except as allowed by License & Usage or applicable law, no part may be used without written permission.
DMCA/IP Claims
Email support@bmorebae.shop with your contact info, a description of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you own the rights or are authorized to act.
13) Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools/apps or external links we don’t control. Use them at your own risk; we aren’t responsible for third-party materials.
14) Errors & Omissions
We may correct errors or update information (including pricing and availability) at any time.
15) Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotions/coupons may have additional terms and can’t be combined unless stated. Gift cards are final sale.
16) Warranties & Disclaimers
The site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability (to the extent permitted by law).
17) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bmore Bae Digital Studio and its owners/employees/agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bmore Bae Digital Studio from claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products beyond the license, or your violation of law/third-party rights.
19) Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
20) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections that should survive (IP, license limits, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.
21) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
22) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted with the updated “Effective date.” Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
