TL;DR (quick guide)

YES: personal use, your classroom, small-business products for sale, POD with your own design work added and the artwork flattened.
NO: reselling/redistributing the files, uploading the art as-is to POD sites, turning our art into new clipart/PNGs/SVGs, claiming copyright/trademark, or sharing the files with others.

What this license covers

When you purchase a digital product from Bmore Bae Digital Studio, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to use the files in your own projects.

1. “Digital Assets” = our downloadable files (PNG/JPG/SVG/PSD, patterns, printables, templates).
2. “End Product” = something you create using our assets and sell/give to your customer (a shirt, tumbler, sticker sheet, invitation, flattened printable, etc.).
3. “Flattened” = the artwork is merged into your design so the original file cannot be extracted.

Allowed Uses

Personal & Classroom

1. Unlimited personal use.
2. Teachers/Homeschool: unlimited prints for your own classroom/home. Sharing files with other teachers requires each teacher to purchase their own license.

Small-Business Commercial Use

1. Create and sell finished physical items (shirts, mugs, stickers, tumblers, cards, etc.).
2. Sell flattened digital designs (invitations, printables, sublimation layouts) where our art cannot be extracted.
3. Sales volume cap: up to 5,000 units per design. Need more? See Extended License below.
4. Use in marketing, social posts, and website graphics (no limit).

Print-on-Demand (POD)

1. Allowed only when you add meaningful original design (text, layout, multiple elements) and export/submit a flattened file.
2. Not allowed to upload the artwork as it came from us or as a single isolated element.

Not Allowed

1. Resell, share, give away, or sublicense our files or any portion of them—paid or free.
2. Upload the artwork as-is to POD/marketplaces or license libraries.
3. Create competing digital products from our art (e.g., new clipart sets, PNG/SVG bundles, brushes, stamps, cut files, template kits, AI training sets).
4. Claim our artwork as your own, register a copyright or trademark that includes it, or use it as a logo/brand mark in unmodified or near-original form.
5. Use the files in any defamatory, hateful, or illegal content.

Teams & Contractors

1. This is a single-seat license (one person). If a VA, designer, or team member needs the files, please purchase an additional seat for each user.

Extended / Enterprise License

If you plan to manufacture more than 5,000 units of a design, need logo/brand usage, app/game embedding at scale, or multi-seat usage, email us for an Extended License and a custom quote: bmorebae1@gmail.com.
