Accessibility Statement

Brand: Bmore Bae Digital Studio
Effective date: 08/09/2025
Contact: support@bmorebae.shop

Our commitment

We want everyone to shop, learn, and create with us. We’re working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and continuously improving accessibility across our site, products, and content.

What we’re doing

  • Using an accessible Shopify theme with semantic headings and proper landmarks.
  • Adding alt text to meaningful images and decorative treatment to purely decorative ones.
  • Ensuring keyboard access and visible focus states for interactive elements.
  • Maintaining color contrast and readable type, including at 200% zoom without loss of content.
  • Labeling form fields and buttons clearly; avoiding motion/auto-play where possible.
  • Reviewing new features and third-party apps for accessibility impact.

Compatible environments

We aim to support current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) on desktop and mobile, and common assistive tech (e.g., VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA/JAWS on Windows). If you experience issues in a different setup, let us know.

Need help or an accommodation?

Email support@bmorebae.shop with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us what you need and how we can help (e.g., phone assistance, larger-print PDF, plain-text version, order placed via email).
Response time: we typically reply within 1–2 business days.

Alternative formats

By request, we can provide product information or downloads in plain text, large print, or tagged PDF (when applicable).

Feedback & reporting issues

If you find a barrier on our site, please include:

  • Page URL and a brief description of the problem
  • Your browser/device and any assistive technology used
  • A screenshot if possible

Send to support@bmorebae.shop and we’ll investigate and fix where we can.

Third-party content

Some features (e.g., reviews, pop-ups, or embedded services) are provided by third parties and may not fully meet our standards yet. We’re actively evaluating alternatives and workarounds.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add new collections, pages, and tools, we test, iterate, and update this statement with our progress.
