Report infringement of our art (help us act fast)

  • Links/screenshots to the infringing listing(s)

  • Platform name (Etsy, CF, Amazon, etc.)

  • Your order number or where you saw our original work
    We review promptly and file takedowns where appropriate.


DMCA Notice (if you believe we inadvertently posted your copyrighted work)

Send a written notice to support@bmorebae.shop that includes:

  1. Your name, address, phone, and email.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. The exact URL of the material on our site you want removed.
  4. A statement: β€œI have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury: β€œThe information in this notice is accurate and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe your removed material is not infringing, send a counter-notice with:

  • Your contact info, the URL of the removed material,
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Baltimore, Maryland.
    If appropriate, we may restore the content after DMCA timelines are met.
