Physical items: returns within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition.

Damaged/incorrect items: we’ll replace or refund—just contact us within 3 days with photos.

Custom/personalized items, sale items, gift cards: final sale.


Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All digital files are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

If a file is corrupted or not as described, email us and we’ll repair, replace, or re-send the files promptly.

Accidental duplicate purchase? Contact us within 24 hours and before downloading—we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Tip: If you have trouble downloading, we’re happy to help you access your files.

Physical Products (when applicable)

Return Window & Eligibility

Request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags/accessories included.

To start a return, email bmorebae1@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), buyer pays return shipping.

We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit—please use a trackable service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll approve/deny and notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved. If inventory allows, we can process a direct swap—just ask.

Order Issues

Damaged/Incorrect Items

Email [your support email] within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked “Delivered”

Please wait 48 hours, check with neighbors/household, and contact the carrier. We’ll assist where possible, but carriers consider these deliveries complete.

“Return to Sender”

Orders returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address can be reshipped after collecting a new shipping fee. Refunds exclude original shipping.

Cancellations

Digital orders: cannot be canceled once checkout is complete (download links are sent instantly).

Physical orders: request a change/cancel within 1 hour of purchase; after packing/shipping, we can’t modify the order.
