1) Digital Items (most of our shop)

  • Digital products are instant downloads. No physical item ships and no shipping fees apply.

  • Download links are emailed immediately after purchase and available in your account.

2) Physical Items (when applicable)

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order/custom items: 5–7 business days (may vary by product)

  • Pre-orders: ship within the estimated window shown on the product page

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Carrier options typically include USPS and UPS (and DHL for some international orders).

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Free Shipping (optional)

  • We occasionally run free-shipping promos. If active, details will appear at the top of the site or at checkout.

  • Threshold-based free shipping (e.g., orders over $[amount]) may apply to U.S. addresses only.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • Need to update something? Email [your support email] within 1 hour of purchase.

  • Once an order is packed or shipped, we can’t change the address or cancel.

Delivery Issues

  • Marked β€œDelivered” but not received: please wait 48 hours, check with neighbors/household, and contact the carrier. We’ll help where we can, but carriers consider these deliveries complete.

  • Lost or delayed packages: we’ll assist with a carrier claim after the carrier’s investigation window.

  • Returned to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address: we’ll reship after collecting a new shipping fee.

Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives damaged, email [your support email] within 3 days with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll make it right according to product availability (replacement or refund).

Split Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes and arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

International Orders

  • Customs, duties, VAT, and import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We must declare the true value and cannot mark shipments as β€œgift.”

Local Pickup/Delivery
